1. Brief

This product is used for testing Aflatoxins M1 residue in milkfresh milk sample. The total test time only need 5 mins. High sensitivity, easy to operate.

2. Specifications:  50 tests/kit

  Detection limit:

        MilkFresh milk: 0.5μg/kg (0.5 ppb)

3. Principle

The Aflatoxins M1 rapid test card applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. When the sample is dropped into the sample well, Aflatoxins M1 in the sample binds to the gold labeled antibody, thereby blocking the antigen binding site of Aflatoxins M1 on the gold labeled antibody and preventing the gold labeled antibody from binding to the protein conjugate of Aflatoxins M1 on the membrane. When the content of Aflatoxins M1 in the sample exceeds the detection limit, there is no red band on the detection line (T-line), and the result is positive; On the contrary, when there is no Aflatoxins M1 in the sample or the content is below the detection limit, a red band appears on the detection line (T-line), and the result is negative.
